Born in Providence of Irish and Italian parents; attended and graduated from both Catholic and public school systems in R.I. BA from R.I.C. in 1977 in Psychology and Political Science; J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 1980. Founder and principal of Terrance N Turner Law Offices, a general practice in both R.I. and Mass. Father of a 27 year old son and a 29 year old daughter. Currently residing in Smithfield, R.I.

Business and business law in general; have also taught criminal law, medical ethics, probate law, real estate law, legal research/writing, paralegal studies, hospitality law, juvenile and special education law.

World History, Interpersonal Communication, Business Law, Martial arts; avid hiker, motorcyclist and 'beach-bum.', Developmental Psychology, Contract Law, Litigation
