My current research focuses on science policy issues. I am working on two book projects, both with other scholars. One is a comparative analysis of the regulation of human germline modifications. The other is a monograph on the human right to science (Article 27 of the 1948 Universal Declaration and Article 15 of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights).
