John Poirier is an expert in Human Resources Development and Management. As part of his practice, he takes on the roles of executive coach, consultant, trainer, and facilitator to help clients develop the competencies they need to enhance organizational effectiveness, team learning, and individual performance. Dr. Poirier is a Lecturer in the department of Management at Bryant University where he teaches courses in Human Resources Management.
